Description
Enviroseal WB is a water based copolymer floor hardening and sealing compound for use on concrete floors, driveways and pedestrian surfaces. Enviroseal WB combines small particle size, high solids and low viscosity for excellent penetration and durability. Enviroseal WB dries to leave a clear protective coating providing a “wet look” while increasing serviceability.

Application Directions
Substrate Preparation
New Concrete - To be cured for a minimum 14 days. The surface must be clean, dry and free from all loose particles including dust, grease, laitance, coatings and curing compounds. If water blasting to clean, allow to dry thoroughly prior to sealing. Newly stencilled spray on paving is to be aged 7 days minimum.
Old Concrete - The surface must be clean, dry and free from all loose particles including dust, grease, laitance, coatings and curing compounds. If water blasting to clean, allow to dry thoroughly prior to sealing.
Application
Apply 1st coat of Enviroseal WB by brush or roller at a rate of 7-10m²/litre to the prepared substrate. Allow first coat to dry overnight before applying 2nd coat of Enviroseal WB. Allow 72 hours cure before traffic. Do not apply if rain is imminent.
Application - As a curing agent for freshly laid concrete
Apply by sprayer or roller at a rate of 7-10m²/litre per coat. Apply Enviroseal WB as soon as bleed water has finished and concrete is sufficiently hard to take foot traffic.
Resealing of Existing Coatings
Ensure Enviroseal WB is compatible with existing sealer. The surface must be clean, dry and free from all loose particles including dust, dirt etc. If applying over old coatings test a small section for compatibility and adhesion before proceeding with application (cross hatch test recommended). Existing coatings are to be removed if any loss of adhesion is observed.
Please Note: Do not allow pooling of product as moisture entrapment may cause whitening.
Estimating Data (Theoretical)
The consumption of Enviroseal WB will depend upon substrate condition and type. As a guide: 4L of Envroseal WB will cover approximately 28-40m²based on 1 coat @ 7-10m²/L.
Packaging
Enviroseal WB is supplied in 4L, 15L pails and 200L drums.
Curing
Enviroseal WB can be generally be recoated after overnight cure. Special precautions need to be taken during exterior application to guard against water whitening.
Shelf Life & Cleaning
24 months in original unopened container provided it is kept in a dry cool place out of direct sunlight. Enviroseal WB should be removed from tools and equipment immediately after use with water. Hardened material may only be removed mechanically.
Safety Advice
Always provide adequate ventilation and wear personal protective equipment during application. If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Give glass of water and seek medical assistance. If contacted with skin, wash off splashed material with soap and water. If irritation occurs seek medical advice. Refer to MSDS.
