Application Directions
Instructions for Use
Envrio Prime ME is a single component product and is ready for use, however, stirring of the material with mechanical mixer is recommended in order to avoid any potential material sedimentation. Apply Enviro Prime ME by brush, roller or spray to achieve the required dry film thickness. Reduce 5% with fresh water in hot and windy conditions or when spraying.
Surface Preparation
Surface should be prepared and be free of dust, dirt, rust and other adhesion impairing contaminants. Chalk residue or zinc oxidation, on galvanized metal, should be removed by power washing. Mildew should be cleaned by washing the surface with a solution of one part bleach to three parts water. Rinse thoroughly after mildew wash with clean water and allow to dry.
Remarks
Use only where application and drying can proceed at temperatures above 5°C (preferably above 10°C) and below 35°C. Drying data given is on the assumption that proper ventilation is provided. Shelf Life Enviro Prime ME has a shelf life of 2 years if kept in sealed containers in dry store within 0 – 35°C. If stored in high temperature and high humidity locations the shelf life may be reduced. Always mix well by mechanical means before use.
