Application Directions

Substrate Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and free from all loose particles including dust, laitance, grease, coatings, curing compounds and any other foreign matter. The substrate must be prepared by way of degreasing, grinding or captive shot blasting to provide and adequate surface profile.

For sub-grade application, a minimum of 1.5mm Dry Film Thickness (DFT) is required.

Priming
Primer is not generally required for direct to geofabrics applications.
For masonry surfaces, apply Enviro Epoxy B-LV (sand seeded), Enviro Prime P2 or Enviro Prime P5 by brush, roller or spray to prepared substrate as per individual production recommendations. Allow primer to fully cure before proceeding with the application of Enviro HP1600.

Mixing
Mixing by way of 1:1 mix ratio (by volume) in heated plural component spray equipment such as EXP-2 or similar.

Estimating Data
The consumption of Enviro HP1600 will depend on weather and substrate conditions. As a guide: 1.1kg of Enviro HP1600 will cover 1m² @ 1mm Dry Film Thickness (DFT).

Storage
Both components in the HP1600 system should be stored in dry conditions out of direct sunlight. Containers should be tightly closed.

Cleaning

Cured Enviro HP1600 is difficult to remove chemically and therefore spillages should be minimized and clean up immediately to limit damage.

Safety Advice
Enviro HP1600 contents are considered non-flammable. Always provide adequate ventilation and wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) during use. Avoid breathing vapours. Avoid contact with skin. If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting, give glass of water and seek immediate medical advice. If contact with skin, wash off splashes of material with clean water and soap. If irritation occurs seek immediate medical advice. Refer to MSDS.
