Description
Enviro 800PUR T.C. is a 2 pack flexible, non yellowing trafficable polyurethane coating. Enviro 800PUR T.C. is designed to provide a durable, tough, top coat in systems over concrete, and for areas of high wear such as roads and bridge decks.

Enviro 800PUR T.C. is an integral component of the Enviro Trafficable Systems, where structures require waterproofing and heavy vehicular traffic, such as bridge decks.

Application Directions
Substrate Preparation
Concrete must be thoroughly cured, dry and free of oils, grease, dust, dirt, curing compounds and release agents. Grit blast, scarify or mechanically abrade substrate to remove laitance, loose material and surface contaminants.
Priming
Apply directly over existing Enviro membrane systems such as Enviro HP1200 & Enviro 700PUR (refer to technical dept.) or apply Enviro Prime P2 to bare substrate prior to application of Enviro 800PUR T.C.
Application
Add Part B to Part A and mix to a uniform colour and consistency for a minimum of 3 minutes. Allow to react for 10 minutes before application. For optimum performance in temperatures >30°C, thin Enviro 800PUR T.C. with Enviro Thinner No.8 to10%. Allow to react for 15 minutes when thinning with Enviro Thinner No.8 before application. Do not apply in damp or wet conditions. Do not apply at low temperatures <10°C, as curing will be delayed.
Estimating Data (Theoretical)
The consumption of Enviro 800PUR T.C. will depend upon substrate condition and type. As a guide a 20L kit of Enviro 800PUR T.C. will cover approximately 85m² to approximately 125-150 microns dry film thickness.
Packaging & Colours
Enviro 800PUR T.C. is supplied as a 20 litre kit. Enviro 800PUR T.C. is available in Neutral Grey N23, Koala Grey N45 and Dark Grey N64 (Australian Standard colours) or can be made to order in colours from the Australian Standards colour chart. Please allow 10 working days for made to order colours.
Curing
Enviro 800PUR T.C. will reach full cure after 7 days.
Cleaning
Hand tools, brushes, power tools can be cleaned with Enviro Thinner No.8 prior to curing.
Shelf Life
12 months when stored in a dry, cool environment, in original sealed containers.
Safety Advice
When using Enviro 800PUR T.C. always provide adequate ventilation and wear appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE) during use. Avoid contact with skin, avoid breathing vapours. Wear protective eyewear. If inhalation effects occur remove to fresh air. If discomfort persist or any breathing difficulty occurs or if swallowed.
